MASTERS OF SHRED ACADEMY
Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accessing, attending, participating in, or viewing any Masters of Shred Academy event, masterclass, workshop, livestream, replay, consultation, Q&A session, or related content (collectively, the “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not purchase a ticket or access the Event.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Your purchase grants you access only to the benefits specifically associated with the ticket tier purchased.
Ticket holders are only entitled to the benefits, merchandise, access privileges, recordings, downloads, Q&A participation rights, one-on-one sessions, and other features expressly included within their selected ticket tier.
Masters of Shred reserves the right to modify, substitute, or enhance ticket tier benefits when necessary while maintaining the overall value of the purchased tier.
2. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, exchanges, credits, transfers, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling conflicts
- Technical issues on the attendee’s end
- Failure to attend
- Failure to access the livestream
- Travel issues
- Personal emergencies
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with the content
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Event content, including but not limited to:
- Video
- Audio
- Livestreams
- Replays
- Presentations
- Demonstrations
- Performances
- Guitar lessons
- Educational materials
- Photographs
- Graphics
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Written materials
are owned by Masters of Shred, its licensors, participating artists, presenters, instructors, and affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to attendees.
4. Recording and Redistribution Prohibited
STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Attendees may NOT:
- Record any portion of the Event
- Screen record any portion of the Event
- Download unauthorized copies
- Capture audio
- Capture video
- Photograph protected content
- Stream the Event to third parties
- Share login credentials
- Rebroadcast the Event
- Upload content to social media
- Upload content to YouTube
- Upload content to TikTok
- Upload content to Instagram
- Upload content to Facebook
- Upload content to forums, websites, or file-sharing services
- Sell, license, distribute, or otherwise exploit Event content
Any unauthorized recording, copying, reproduction, redistribution, publication, transmission, display, sale, or exploitation of Event content is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate removal from the Event
- Permanent banning from future Masters of Shred events
- Revocation of access without refund
- Legal action
- Recovery of damages
- Recovery of attorney’s fees and costs where permitted by law
5. One Attendee Per Ticket
Each ticket is intended for a single purchaser unless otherwise expressly stated.
Sharing access credentials, meeting links, passwords, or replay links is prohibited.
Masters of Shred reserves the right to revoke access if unauthorized sharing is suspected.
6. Artist Availability
Artists, instructors, presenters, and guests are subject to availability.
Masters of Shred reserves the right to modify schedules, adjust content, or reschedule portions of an Event or the entire Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such modifications shall not entitle attendees to refunds.
7. Merchandise Fulfillment
Certain ticket tiers may include physical merchandise.
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Masters of Shred is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Customs agencies
- Import duties
- Incorrect addresses
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery
International attendees may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, and other import-related charges imposed by their local jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masters of Shred, its owners, employees, contractors, presenters, artists, affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Event.
Participation is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.
9. Technical Issues
Masters of Shred is not responsible for:
- Internet outages
- Device incompatibility
- Software issues
- Streaming interruptions
- User equipment failures
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and compatible devices.
10. Right to Remove Participants
Masters of Shred reserves the right to remove any attendee, without refund, for:
- Harassment
- Disruptive behavior
- Abuse of presenters or attendees
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Unauthorized recording or redistribution
- Any conduct deemed harmful to the Event or participants
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in the courts located within Wyoming, and attendees consent to such jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, attending the Event, accessing Event materials, or participating in any Masters of Shred Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
